Privacy Policy

Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to vectraxr.com and the people who submit inquiries through our contact form. If you become a paying customer in the future, a separate data processing agreement will govern the data we handle on your behalf, and that agreement will take precedence over this policy for that data.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, company, optional role, the vertical you indicated, and the message you wrote. We also record the timestamp of the submission and the referrer URL if your browser sends one.

When you simply browse the site we receive standard request metadata such as your IP address, user agent, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP. We use this through Vercel Analytics (privacy-preserving page metrics), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity (session replays and heatmaps). Clarity may record interactions with the page including mouse movement and clicks. Google Analytics applies IP anonymisation.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

Why we collect it

• To reply to inquiries and arrange a call. Legal basis under GDPR: pre-contractual measures at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep the site secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

Vectra XR uses a small number of trusted vendors to operate the site. They process data on our instructions and under contracts that meet GDPR requirements.

• Vercel Inc. hosts the site and provides Vercel Analytics. Server location is in the EU where possible.
• Resend sends transactional emails when you submit the contact form (the internal alert and your confirmation reply).
• Google LLC provides Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.
• Microsoft Corporation provides Clarity for product analytics and session replay.

Some of these vendors are based outside the European Economic Area. Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as it is reasonably useful for the sales conversation and for two years after the last contact, after which we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s default settings. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

If you live in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Ask us to restrict how we process it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage only for the analytics providers listed above. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so will not break the contact form or the rest of the site.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be flagged on the site for a reasonable period.
